This e-course is designed to equip industry representatives and legal professionals with the expertise needed to conduct Article 36 legal reviews. This e-course builds upon the basic course and provides industry representatives and legal advisors with expertise in the legal review of new technology weapons including autonomous, AI-enhanced and cyber weapons. It introduces a functional approach to the legal review to address the unique characteristics of new technology weapons.
